The society’s 61st AGM and annual reception will take place on Thursday, 23 November 2023 at etc.venues St Paul’s, 200 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD.
We have moved to a different venue for the AGM and reception as bp’s head office is unavailable. The new venue is right next to the London Wall and the Museum of London. Just 5 minutes from both Barbican and St Paul’s tube stations, and 10 minutes from Farringdon and Moorgate. The venue overlooks the Museum of London, so follow the signs to the Museum and you will find the venue right next door. Look out for the circular artwork in the window and go through the revolving doors.
The AGM starts at 5pm and will be followed directly by the annual reception. Our guest speaker is Brian Gilvary, president of the bp society and former bp chief financial officer.
Tickets to the reception can be booked online or by post. The cost has been held at £10 for each member and guest. If you wish to join us, it is best to book and pay online as this is much faster than posting a reply slip and cheque.
