The site is login protected to ensure we keep members’ information confidential and the society’s news and events private to members only. If you are not a member yet, simply click on the ‘Join’ button in the top right corner of the homepage, choose the type of membership and select the appropriate ‘Apply online here’ link where you will be asked to agree to Terms & Conditions, enter your details and create a password for your account.
When you submit your application it will be reviewed by Elaine Bush. Once it is approved, you will get an email confirming you are a member.

Paid-up bp society members have full access to news articles and events. Non-members have limited access to pages on the website.
The site is hosted on highly sophisticated security architecture that provides superior protection and firewalls, exceeding industry standards by far. No financial information or address details are held on those servers at any time.
When you login to the website you will automatically be directed to the ‘My Account’ page. Here you will be able to view any tickets you’ve booked for events, update your account profile information, or amend your password.
If you are an appointed event organiser you will also be able to add/edit events, add/edit tickets, and view attendee information for your events.
News articles can only be published by website administrators to ensure consistency and so that we can moderate articles. Members cannot add news themselves, but we certainly encourage contributions, so if you have an article in mind please email bpsociety@uk.bp.com
Events can be added by Event Organisers and Regional Coordinators using the ‘Manage Events’ link in the ‘My Account’ section.
